Germany, England, and France nave agreed to recognize Spain ; and the cause of doughty Don Carlos is absolutely lost Tbe recent election of a Bonapartist to fill a vacancy in tbe French Assembly is a noteworthy indication of the drift of popular sentiment in that country.
