A Han Francisco dispatch says that the rilles carried by the Hawaiian rebels were from America, and the bullet which killed Commissioner Carter was shipped from Shu Francisco. According to tho statement of the Lnglishiuun, Capt. Da vis, who landed the arms in Hawaii, they were loaded in a sailing vessel in San Francisco and subsequently transferred to his craft.
