What Time is it. "Driver what time is it?" It was at Jail aso, and 1 was on.j the omnibus going from tho Sante Fe depot across the ford of the Rio Grande to the Mexican Central Sta tion. The driver, a typical New Mex ican, looked up as I asked the ques tion, but shook his head. "We're all broke up on time here," he said, "all bioke np. What kind of time do you want, sir?"
