RACING AND BAH GAMES Fill in a Jolly Day for the Spectators. TI10 Fourth passed off quietly enough in Logan. There was a marked absence of the dynamite cane nuisance, and what noise there was make itself noticable in the evening. The large crowd that was in town Was left to its own ewcot inclination as to what attraction to attend, for tiiere were ball-games and tennis for the lovers pf those gamo, and racing at tlio fair ground for tho horse loving ones,. The races drew by far the larg est crowd in tho afternoon, leaving tho streets almost deserted, and only a meager gathering at the ball park.
