Chairman of Directors, said tho object of tho meeting was, to oloct ditcctors in tnn place of Messis. Campbell, Wilton, lionsleiiih (who was m tho pluco of Mr. Clarke, resigned), and Rankin, who v.ero retiring but. wore elegiblo for ro-olection. They did hot intend to go into the financial aspect of affairs, which was pructioally tho same as shewn by tho balance sheet at- last imetiug. At that masting it was shewn that their total in debtedness was £1200, due to two credit ors. They had paid off one creditor and had now only tho batik to deal with. Thoir total liabilities .vero £1209, Interest, on the £850 duo to tho bank had boen paid to date out of tho arrears of calls paid in to tho secretary.
