My kidneys were diseased and my feet were always cold. My consti- tution was affected to such an extent that my strength declined and I was in a very pre- carious state of health. Failing to get relief from the many medicines I took I resorted t* Warner's Safe Cure. After taking a few bibles of titi» medicino I experienced a detided improvement in my condition, so I continued to take it for some time longer, trkan my health became completely restored. Tile question of greater care being exercised by officers in the trimming of a ship whilst . bunkering operations are going on is occupying an import- ant pjace in the consideration of both owners] and underwriters, remarks the London "Shipping .World" of Octolrcr 30. The day after the Borussia dis- aster was reported came news " that the Canadian I'ucific Railway liner, Empress of China, had sunk at the wharf at Vancouver.
