WOOLBROOK NEWS. (From our Correspondent.)   The country around looks beautiful and grass is very plentiful. All stock around are in good condition. There are some beautiful crops of pota- toes in the vicinity of the township. Mr. J. A. Morgan has a large area under the tubers—he has 12 acres. If all goes well and the season proves favorable, he expects about 100 tons. Mr. A. Thompson is building a nice cot- tage. Mr. J. A. Morgan is also about to commence to build more additions to his store premises. Yesterday morning at about 5 o'clock, a light engine off the Brisbane mail, returning to Werris Creek, ran off through some mistake in the points in Woolbrook yard. Very little is known definitely how the accident happened. A great deal of dam- age was done to the permanent way. There was some difficulty in placing the engine on the road again. Woolbrook can now boast of a common, which one can safely say was much needed. A meeting of the trustees took place at Mr. Morgan'...
