FOUR YEARS OF AGONY . Whole Foot Nothing But Proud Flesh —Had to use Crutches— Cuticura Remedies the Best on Earth . In the year 1899 the side of my right foot was cut off from the little toe down to the heel , andi the physician who had charge of me was trying to sev up the side of my foot , but with no success . 1 GRANGE N . Y . STATE GRANGE MEETING . The 34 th annual session of the New York State Grange met at Binghamton , Feb . 5-7 , with the largest attendance in the history of this Grange . The meetings were hejd in the state armory , which seems to have been too large for good acoustic results , as the reports complain that people were unable to hear . Ohio Grange experienced the same difficulty with too large an auditorium at its meeting in December . Ira Sharp of Lewis Co . was reelected to the executive committee this being the only officer to be elected this year . N . Y . Grange recommends the discontinuance of road building under the bonding act until the state shall adopt an equitable basis for apportioning among the counties the $ 50 , 000 ,- 000 recently appropriated for a road building fund . It also recommends that the reimbursement required from counties and towns shall be proportioned to their financial circumstances . The Grange also urges that the ¦ | Fuller-Plank law be...
