Hay from Iowa. Two cargoes of pressed hay arrived at New York, a few days since, from ihe far regions of Iowa, showing what things interna! improvements are able to ac complish. The air, or atmosphere, is an elastic fluid, and surrounds the earth, extending between forty-five and fifty miles above its surface. Tobacco.
