KINSLEY GRAPHIC. KINSLEY, KANSAS CURRENT COMMENT. This year's corn yield promises to be ty far the greatest ever trathered. The estimate is 2.400,000.000 bushels. In nearly all the western corn states the prospects are unusually good. Tde United Slates evidently intend to have one of the finest bodies of regu lar troops in the world. Two hundred applicants for places in the ranks were examined in Chicago last month and only four of the number were accepted. A Mobile. Ala., paper recently said .hat there were 25,000,000 gallons oi m (lasses stored in tanks on the Louisi ana plantations which the planter! could neither sell at a profit nor throw away without creating a nuisance ir the neighborhood.
