Maroochy Shire Council. A special pencral meeting of the abov.; Council took place in the Shire Hall, Nambour. on Thursday last, the Oth Inst., -witii W. H. Harvey {chair man}, and a full board present. The minutes- of the previous ordin ary meeting were confirmed. ARISING OUT OF MINUTES. The clerk (Mr. A. H. Brookes) ro ported on Electric Light matters, the summary of which appeared in last is sue. In accordance with the Connci! re solution, the clerk reported, the sliire engineer entered upon his duties on the nth March, and commenced opera tions immediately on the Nambour Drainage scheme. Request for road deviations at Map !ot'-n: Tin; Shire engineer visited the locality, and located a track which en croached on Mr. Suthers' land to the extent of 1 rood, and on Mr. Miller's land 1 rood 32 perches.
