MODERN HOME EXHIBITION. A new type of vapor cooker is being displayed at the Modern Home Exhibition, Exhibition Building, from October 20 to No vemnber 1, in aid of Red Cross. It is not a pressure cooker, but is designed for rapid cooking 'at low temperature (without boiling) and either no water or very little is required. These cookers, Wihich will be on the market from Thursday, October 20, -are sold in sets--a steamer, a deep roomy frying pan with lid and three saucepans. Because foods are cooked in. their own juices, vitamins and other valuable properties are pre seryed as part, of the meal mrid never thro,wn down the sink. An other point is that- fuel, consump tion is reduced.
