The Louisville Journal, New Orleans Crescent, and other whig papers, true to their instincts, are taking the side - of the Havana officials in the Blacfc Warrior affair. The Crescent justifies the proceedings of the officials, and prefers relying, for the facts of the case, upon the statements published in the Havana official paper, by order of the Captain General, rather than upon the official documents wot to our government, and upon which the action of the President was based. The Journal admits that we have sufficient cause of complaint against Spain, but denies that the seizure of the Black Warrior justified the President in demanding re dress.
