C., June 6.?An in? teresting case has been decided at -Cleveland court. Frank Roynter, aged twenty-five, married Fannie Darrel, aged twelve years. They lived to? gether sixty days and she returned home. A divorce was first sought, but finally thc parties concluded to apply to Judge Phillips, who declared the marriage null and void. W. J.
