NEW-HAMPSHIRE ELECTION Cohcobd, N. H., March 12,18G3. Returns from all but 28 of the 233 cities and towns indicate the following result: Taking last year's vote for those not heard from, and adding 8 per cent gain for Governor, the State will stand about as follows : Eastman (Dem.) 32.036 GilmorefRep.) 28,760 Harriman....... 4,369 Eastman lacks about 800 of a constitutional majority to elect him. His plurality over Gilmore is estimated at 3,276. Eastman's gain from last year is 4,524. For Congress, Daniel Marcy (Dem.) is elected in the 1st District over Joel Eastman (Rep.) by 150 majority. In the lid District, the vote between John H. George, (pem ) and Edward IL Rolling (Rep.) is so close that the official returns are required to settle it. James W.
