Domestic Tragedy. One of the most bloody domestic tragedies it has been oar lot to chronical for a lung time occurred in this city yesterday momiug before .lay-light, at tiie corner of i " y an I Breckinridge s treets. The particulars, as related to us, areas follows: lMiilip Rnpp and his wife, who keep a vegetal hifrV il the fifth street market, got upyesterday roornig for the pnrpose of get ting ready to go to market. While Mr. Uupp was at work arranging things for the market, as was his custom, his wife heard the report of a pistol and ran into the house, and in attempting to go up stairs she fell. She was ignorant up to the tin that she had been shot Almost immediately a second- shot was fired, and upon examination, it was found that Rupp ha l shot his wife in the back, and had alio shot himself in the breast.
