TIFFIN TRIBUNE. Tiffln. Thnrsdar Etc.. -Vot. 23, ISI1 - A Word from Louis Kossath. A correspondent of the New it, mid has interviewed luis York K.-m- jicrata u .. " V!a ath at Turin. He thus describe las personal appearance: A great change has come over this onoe handsome and brilliant face; thin was my first thought, though had never seen him in middle life. His whiskers are now white and full grown, and his mustache is naturally whitened by the same years ; his form is slightly bent, but otherwise appar ently vigorous. His voice is strong, his eye quick and sympathetic, and his nervous action, when speaking, as when he addressed great gatherings in America. In fine, age becomes Kossuth, and does not dim even the classical beauty of his features. There is to-day the same irresistible twist of his mustache, the same merry smile on bis face, as there must have been years earlier, when he was royal piece amongthe political pawns. He is simply whitened by years, and not by disappointme...
