From the circumstances, as learned from a gentleman in the city yesterday from tbe neighborhood in which the shooting occurred, it seems that the house of Mr. Clint had just ' been completed and a ball was given in honor of the occasion. Duting tbe night C. C. Carrington was flourishing a pittol around and it was taken from him by the Swedes aad hid it in tbe room.
