Obituary       The death occurred at Braidwood of James Madigan, only son of Mr. John Madigan, at the age of 18 years. He had been ailing for the past six months, and his medical attendant in Sydney,   where the family have resided since their departure from Braidwood, re- commended his removal to the coun- try. The funeral took place on Thurs-   day afternoon last, and was largely attended.

WEDDING.     STEELE — CURTIS A pretty wedding was celebrated at   St. Saviour's Cathedral, Friday evening, when George Edward, youngest son of Ald. W. Steele and Mrs. Steele, of Clif- ford-street, Goulburn, was married to Ida May, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. F.   Curtis, of Auburn street, Goulburn. The Ven. Archdeacon Ward officiated. The bride, who was given away by her father, was gowned in ivory crepe de chene, radium lace and silver trimmings, and two little nieces were in attendance. Miss Amy Broadhurst was bridesmaid, and chose pink fuji, and black hat, with shoes to match. Mr. Thomas Grooms was best man. The reception was held at " Ralston," Mundy street, the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Poulter. Later the bride and bride- groom left for Sydney and the South   Coast, the bride travelling in fawn gab- ardine with hat to match. Mr. and Mrs. Steele will make their home in Goulburn.     &...
