NEWS OF THE DAY. DECISION.- In consequence of certain business in tie oflices of the Attorney General, Colonial 'Treasurer, Clerk of the Council, &c. &c. &c, being required   peremptorily to be finished by a certain day   to be forwarded to England, and not being forth- coming, the Governor has directed the Treasurer to stop his own salary, and the salaries of the above officers until the said business if out of hand.
