The Crookwell Railway, Last week a representative of the " Gazette" interviewed Mr. Wade, engineer in charge of the above. Mr. Wade stated that, despite the unavoidable delays caused through want of timber for the smaller bridges, lie hoped, given favourable weather, to have the engine running into Crookwell by the end of Octobcr. * In regard to the use of the line for the car riage of this season's wool it was Mr. Wade's opinion that if growers made arrangements for carriage of wool right through this season they would be acting wisely, as it might happen that, to permit of the erection of the bridge over the Wollondilly, communication with Goulburn might be cut off in the middle of the carrying.
