So far as the evidence has transpired, it appears that the trans mutation of the precious metal, into lend in its passage from London to Folkestone was accomplished by font men-Pierce, Burgess, Tester (all in the service of the South-Eastern Rail way Company,) 'and Edward Agar, who is now undergoing punishment at Portland, for forgery committed shortly after the gold robbery. Tho latter parson, and a young woman named Fanny Kuy, formerly a waitress at the Tunbridge station, aikl who lived with Agar as his wife, are the only witnesses wlio have yet given evidence.
