The jury in the damage suit of Ohas . Smith vs . the Illinois Central Kailroad company had not returned a verdict last evening . The case of Dr . W . II . Zorger vs . Abe selicovitz , the junk dealer , was heard yesterday . It seems that the doctor owned about 100 metal plates which were used for printing music , stored in his basement .
