There were some things about the fair that might have been better but as a demonstration of the resources of Meagher county and also the resourcefulness of its people in staging, a good show, this was a record-breakingovent. The weath er was delightful throughout the" three days of the celebration. and the crowd was a most good natur ed onut applauding the various stunts, thus showing their appre eiation. Wild Bill Reynolds, under whose direction the Stampede events were put on, did everything in his powerto make his part of the pro, gram a success and that he sie ceeded, was plainly evident from the liberal applause le received.
