GLASGOW WEEKLY TIMES, THURSDAY MORNING, APRIL 20, 1854. Prom WMbington. Correspondence or the Republican. Washinqtow, April 2. It is reported that the committee on Ter- ritories intend to submit a Nebraska bill pre cisely in the form first presented by Dotig 1m to the Senate about the 6lh of January last, it will be remembered that this bill provided an organization but for a single territory, and did not repeal the Missouri Compromise. I never could un derstand why the form ofthe bill, as first brought into the Senate, should not have been at least as acceptable to the South as any shape it afterwards assumed.
