There is no doubt now that Tampa will speedily become a great seaport, and a very flourishing city. It already owg larg and fast steamers, and is feeling the effects of their trade. With the railroad connec tions it will obtain a large share of the West Indies, trade which amounts to some $120,000,000 annually. Also, people are coming in fast, and will largely increase in numbers i.ow, and its population will be ten times its present number within two years.
