All thosa connected with the schools were carried to nnd from Elkhart, Ind., tho place of their resort, at one-sixth the nsual fare, several extra trains were run for their accomodation, and a new timo table for the day was printed and circulated among all tho conductors and engineers, giving tho excurion trains the right of the road and precedence over all except the regular mail and passenger train, thus voiding all possibility of a collision.
