The joint meet in of the Round Table Society of the St. Joseph High School, with the Seven Stars Society and the other depart ments of the school, to reader a Thanksgiving programme, was held in the Kindergarten \WVdnes day, November 24-th. Classes were suspended during the last period, and the school, together with a few visitors, as sembled to enjoy the programme, of which every child was a part. The little folks under Miss Ray mond's careful training acquitted themselves very admirably, when with bright, happy faces, they spelled out "T-H.A-N-K-S-G-I-V I-N-G," each holding a large, gold letter. A little play most exquisitely rendered by the pupils of the 4th, 5th and 6th grades, and entitled "The First Thanksgiving," in cluding the historial characters, Miles Standish, the Pilgrims and the Indian chiefs "Squanto" and "Samoit," carried all back...
