Pittsburgh and Stenbenville Railroad. The Wellsburg Herald states that this Road is now under contract across Virginia, and that pro bably. the work is progressing, &c. That paper complains also of the silence of the Wheeling pa pers upon Uie subject. It seems hard to please the Hearld. If jve comment upon the road, the Hearldis not satisfied, ond if we do not comment the Herald is still dissatisfied. Really, we would like to know how we can please the Herald. Pos sibly if we were to come out in advocacy of that road we might please the Herald, but we hardly think we could do that even for the pleasure it would...
