]3ENALLA POLICE COURT. Tuesday, June 28. (Before Messrs Sharpe and Heath.) Launcolot Iverson Luce was charged on remand with robbing James Gale, a carrier, at Greta, on the 18th .June. Superlutendent Nicolas conducted the prose cution. Constable Archdeacon, stationed at Greta, proved arresting prisoner from information received. lie found that prisoner had passed a £5 note at Murdoch's store. James Gale, a licensed carrier, swore to his being at Greta, on the 18th June, in O'Brion's public-house. Ito had £2n 15e 8.1 when he went there, one of the notes being a £5 Colonial Bank note. The money was in a pocket book in his coat. Prisoner and several others were there, also a' farmer named Grahlim.
