Before commencing the hearing of the County Court on Thursday, 17t inst-, Mr Holden and Mr Don congratulated His. Honor, Judge Winneke on being the firstto pre side in the rew court house, where the conveniences were such as to enable the business to be carried comtort experienced under the un avoidable circumstances previously Ssubsisting. His Honor in replying said that Ouyen was fortunate in possessing such au up-to-date build ing, but his experience so far had bee- that the amount of businesa Sto be transacted quite warranted it.
