McMulleo was stabbed by Henry Foster in the driuking bouse of the lntter, Dellaire, the uight previous. McMulIen ? intosicnted ?nd was struck by Foster, ^?er which the two men clinched and footer drew a long dirk knife aud stabbed McMullen in the side. McMulIen walked 0.., proceeded to a physicians office, and c~?,) he was killed. A number of men ,en- to Foster's house to arrest hira, but i e was not 10 be seen.
