It has three railroads already and prospects for two more in- the near future, making Winnfield have the brightest future of ki. any town outside of Shreveport and Monroe in North Louisiana. Winnfield has one of the largest stave factories in the South. Has a handle factory, planing mill being put in, an up to date machine shop which is appreciated, by all saw mill people.
