This day week has been finally fixed for the regatta under the auspices of the Victorian Rowing Association, and from the number of events and entries there should be a good day's sport. At a meeting of the Association held on Monday evening it was decided to increase the size of the Grand Stand to 270ft., by a -iepth of Soft.; and the Hon.
