A man mnied Arthur Henry Moore entered tho office of Mr. E, R. Abij?ail, eolioitor, and proceeded to a loom occupied by Mr. William Atkinson, Mr. Amman's managing (jlnrk. Mr: Abigal had juot started an oution In the Supreme Court for Moore and was acting on the lattor's behalf. Upon entering the room Moore lockod the door and immediately fired several shots. The door was burst open hy the other clerks and Mr. Atkinson rushed out bleeding from a wound in tho breast and crying that ho had four bullets in him, Tho viotim w»s im mediately convoyed to tho Sydney hospital Tho polies thon entered tho room and found Mooro lying dead on tho floor with two bullet wounds.
