Glazbrook has joined up again, and another of the Wytkin hoys from Woods' Point has thrown in his lot with the Club. PREMIER'S VISIT TQ MURRAY 8RIDGE. During his visit to Murray Bridge recently, the Premier (Hon. L. L. Hill) paid a visit to the South Aus tralian Farmers' Co-operative Union, Limited, milk products factory. He was met by the manager, Mr. A. J. Cooke, who exteuded, on behalf 01 toe Board of Directors of the South Australian Farmers' Union, a cordial welcome, to the Premier, who was then conducted over the works, and all details connected with the receiving of the milk by motor beats from the various settlements on the river, and treatment of milk used for city trade, and also for the handling of the sur plus milk into the bi-products of butter, cheese .and casein were ex plained. A YOUTHFUL CHAIRMAN, Something vow occurred at Cross Roade on Thursday evening, Marcti 10, when the Liberal candidates for Jdur rgy addressed a full house. In calling lor a chairman, Mr. Homburg | suggested a new idea. There was, he said, a bright faced lad in the audience, and they might start liim ] early in his public career. The lad was Keith Dodd. Although only 10 years of age, he made an excellent | chairman, and worthily fulfilled his part of the progranh introducing the j speakers, and calling for questions, and a vote of thanks with all the ex-! perieuce and finish of a veteran.
