Dearborn St., Chicago, _III_. Important Heat Experiments. A set of tests is now being carried on by the Engineering Experiment Station , under the direction of Professor A. J. Wood , on heat radiators for use in passenger cars. These tests are creating conside?_able isiterest in railroad circles. The Pennsylvania Railroad and the Safety Car Heating and Lighting Co., have indicated their intentions of awaiting results of the tests before going on with the systems of car heating that they now have under way.
