The usual number of hymns and cornet solos by Arbuckle enlivened the services. The gist of the sormon was to the effect that houses of dis sipation were chiefly supported by men of means and heads of families; that the old folks needed looking after more than the young ones, and that it was high time for a popular crusado against the evils which infest society.
