Death of Mrs. H. Percy. Mrs. Percy, proprietress of the well-known and well-condncted Percy Hotel, Singleton, died rather suddenly on Friday nigbt, 25th February, at the age of 66 years. The de ceased lady was the possessor of those es timable qualities of love and charity that adorn her sex, and her unexpected end broaght forth expressions of sorrow from all quarter*. Mrs. Percy was widely connected in the Singleton and Muswelibrook districts. ?*« who iwiuo iumtibu, nor urac nusoana being Mr. Edward Budden. She was the mother ot Mr. Frank Budden, of Musweli brook, Mr. Fred Budden, of Murrnrundi, and Mr. E. BuddeD, of Merriwa. She was born at Negoa, near Muswellbroofc, and is said to have been the first white woman bora in the Upper Hunter.
