SYDNEY. Tae SntrrLLro SrwYr 3frt Blr?s? Dowry. -A dreadful fire happened at the Steam [ills, by which the whole of the oremises have been reduced to a mass of ruins. It appears that the miller, tozether with his famunily, resided in a part of the mill, an-l at about S s.x. he wag disturbe by a loud erashing noise; upon getting up he discovered the mill on fire; he immediately gare the sharm, when 31r Kingston, the proprietor, obtaited what assistance he conld from the neigh bours, but all human efforts were unavailing, the fire harving taken such a hold. It appeared to have originatel in the fire holl, and thea to hhae v pred to the shed, over the boiler, from whence it ran on to the main roof of the building, which in less than one hour was a mass of flame. Every exertion was nued by the neighbours to save what portable property could be s.ved, and all the flour, books, weights, ecales, e., that were on the ground flour, were placed out of the reach of the fire.
