WESTERN LIBERAL. LORDSBURG, DEC. r 1890. Dr. and Mrs. Crocker made a CI it loo trip this week. Mr. and Mrs. S. A. Belinge left for Sat. Francisco Friday. Mrs. W. II. Marble has returned fom her Silver City trip. Tomorrow night is election night at the Knights or Pythias lodge. Sharkey won from Fltzsimmons on Wednesday night on a foul la the eighth round. Mrs. Harry Reardon came In from the west Monday and went up to Clif ton to visit her daughter, Mrs. Chas. Holt. Ctjorpe Rceh has given the front of the Arlington a new coat of white this week, which greatly Improves its appearance. The Lordsburg dancing club had their first dance of the winter at the Jay Eye See Wednesday night and had a very enjoyable time. The Hod. T. II. Catron left the first of the week for Washington to attend the opening of congress and push the New Mexico statehood bill. R. P.
