Important to lite Volunteers.—The PicayuneJof the 8th inst., says—- «' Governor Johnson has taken the responsibility of instructing the Paymaster of the United States Army at this point to allow the volunteers from this State full pay, with* out stoppage or drawback for clothing. In this decision of the Governor, the Paymaster has signified his acquiescence.— The disbanded .volunteers will therefore receive fulf pay. without the discount for clothing. This will enable most of the volunteers to draw a sum sufficient to take them home."
