Corbin's Hall was iUa&ely packed with loyal citizens ( nialo and female) Tuesday evening, who met, upon a call made a few hours previ ous, to exchange congratulations and rejoice over the recent splendid victories of the p. S. armies over the rebel, at Mill Spring, Ft. Henry, Roanoake Island, Savannah and Fort Donelson. One hundred guns were tired in front of the Hall, while fine military band entertained the audience inside, after which, Horace Corbin, K-q., waa called to the Chair. Mr. C. thanked the audience for the I'onor conferred upon him, and proceeded to make some patriotic remarks, which were listened to with respectful attention and greeted with hearty applause at the close.
