TIFFIN TRIBUNE. Local Correspondence. ADRIAN NEWS. Some' little excitement was occa sioned i this town, on Iat Thursday by a lot of New Reigeliles who passed through for sand, which they expected to get out of the public high way near a Mr. Blue's, about two miles south-east of. town. Mr. Blue was delegated by the supervisor to for bid their interfering with, or remov ing any of the sa.id from the road, whereupon a strong and determined leader of the sand men set about the work of "cleaning out'' Mr. Blue, and a fight ensued. Blue was too much for bis antagonist who called for his sand-diggers to help him. They went at Blue with hand-spikes and shovels, Blue's son pitched in to help and they bad to retreat The dutchmen went off beaten aud wounded and the old gent Blue, with some forcible punches in the ribs, and his son with the bark chipped off his chin.
