In opening her talk Miss Myers dwelton the Importance of teaching , cooking, sewing and farming in our schools and reminded her hearers that in spite of the progress education has made in New Mexico, during the last decade we are still unpleasantly near the bottom of the list of state i, 40th, to be exact.
