Ox J SiY THE EVENING DISPATCH JOHN L BARTOAV Editor and Prop PROVO CITY NOV 30 1894 THE INVADING UTES I The horde of Southern Utes and their advisors have placed themselves in a rather serious predicament to be sure The original treaty lacked a good deal of authorizing these Indiana to remove to Utah or even to appear on a peaceful mission in this territory The fact is they are interlopers and have 110 legal status in this territory whatever They will be compelled at last to re turn to their homes in Colorado They can do this peaceably if it is done at once but they will bo returned anyhow if it takes every able bodied man in Utah to accomplish the work Gov 1 West has acted in a spirited and vigor I ou3 way and withinthe next ten days we expect to hear that not one of the marauding horde is left west of the Utah line Colorado has made the most strenu I ous efforts to dump her Indians upon the soil of Utah This last effort is bolder than any of her previous ones and it has in additio...
