VACCINATION' LIMP AND OTHER DISEASES. The heading is not a typographical error as may bo .imagined by hYper CEdj-tical readers. It is simply the name of a new epidemic very prevalent just now in Sydney, and respecting which there is every danger of exten sion to the country. It is not a dan gerous complaint, and it is only in its preliminary stages or in the-worst cases that patients are compelled to take to their beds. Invariably, how ever, they are forced to keep to. their rooms for a few days as the infected limb swells abnormally and makes the wearing of boots and stockings a diffi cult matter. We mention stockings as so far it is mostly the fair sex that have been attacked. The complaint is really the after effects of the small pert sare, and it seems to be paTlllcu-V larly rife in fashionable circles. The ladies object to disfigurement of their arms as the wearing of evening dresses for years thereafter, would lie Im possible, so they prefer biking on tho limp phase of disease...
