The Citizen. SATURDAY, - NOVEMBER 27. 1875. ICCluIation by Cougrtu. If the people of Arizona arc desirous of procuring congressional legislation on any particular subject and have not communfeated with Delegate Stevens regarding it, they should do so without delay. Territorial Delegates find it difficult to Tbe Acquisition Canard.
