Of those certificates 12,900,000 bear 0 per cent Interest and $231,000 5 per cent, and tho combined annnal Interest amounts to $180,090. According to tho re quirements of the resolution the In terest saved Is to be appropriated to the varlons counties for common school pnrposes. Mr. Davlsson esti mates that the'stato is paying $91,880 V, should, and that under the proposed change $48,260 would bo saved au accordingly go to the schools.
