STATE LAW. AN ACT CONCERNING MARKS AND BRANDS. 1. Every person, being the owner of horse*. innles, cattle, sheep, gouts. or hog*. shall hare and keep a mark ami braml. different from the marks and brand* of hi* neighbor*, anil the brand a* far a* practicable.or to the knowledge o' such owner, shall be different from nnv other brand* in the State, and the mark different from any other in the county. 3.
